Terms and Conditions for Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP
1. General Booking and Payments
Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP receives the required deposit or full payment.
Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 15 days before the date of travel. For bookings made within 15 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
More than 30 days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
15-30 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by the Company: Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits or charges.
3. Tour Packages and Services
Package Inclusions: Details of inclusions (e.g., accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transport) will be clearly mentioned in the tour itinerary. Any services not mentioned in the itinerary are considered exclusions.
Accommodation: Accommodation is based on a double-occupancy basis unless otherwise stated. Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar standard in case of unavailability.
Transportation: Vehicles for transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per the group size and itinerary. The type of vehicle may vary based on local conditions.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents.
Health and Safety: Clients must follow the instructions of the tour guide and local authorities. Any health conditions or special needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
Luggage: The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal luggage or belongings.
5. Disclaimers
Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP acts only as an agent for the travel service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these service providers.
The company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, strikes, or any other cause beyond its control.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
