Day 1 (Friday): Kolkata to Ayodhya Hills & Sunset 🌄 কলকাতা থেকে অযোধ্যা পাহাড় ও সূর্যাস্ত দর্শন

• 05:00 AM: Start the journey from Kolkata in our comfortable AC Traveler. (ভোর ৫:০০ টায় কলকাতা থেকে এসি গাড়িতে যাত্রা শুরু)।

• 09:00 AM: Enjoy a hot, fresh breakfast served directly from our Kitchen Van at a scenic spot along the way. (পথে কিচেন ভ্যান থেকে গরম ব্রেকফাস্ট)।

• 01:30 PM: Arrive at Ayodhya Hills, check-in at your premium hotel, and enjoy a delicious Kitchen Van lunch. (অযোধ্যা পাহাড়ের হোটেলে চেক-ইন এবং দুপুরের খাবার)।

• 03:30 PM: Head out for afternoon sightseeing: Visit the massive Upper Dam & Lower Dam, followed by a mesmerizing sunset experience at Sunset Point. (জলবিদ্যুৎ প্রকল্পের আপার ও লোয়ার ড্যাম এবং সানসেট পয়েন্ট দর্শন)।

• Sightseeing Highlights: Explore the cascading Bamni Falls (comfortable walking shoes recommended for the stairs), the serene Turga Falls, panoramic views from Mayur Pahar, the turquoise waters of Marble Lake, and the peaceful Khairabera Dam & Eco Park. • 01:30 PM: Have your final Kitchen Van lunch on the way back. (ফেরার পথে সুবিধাজনক স্থানে দুপুরের সুস্বাদু খাবার গ্রহণ)।

• 04:00 PM: Bid farewell to the red soil of Purulia and start the return journey to Kolkata. (কলকাতার উদ্দেশ্যে ফিরতি যাত্রা শুরু)।

• 10:00 PM: Arrive in Kolkata with wonderful memories! Tour concludes. (রাত ১০:০০ টায় কলকাতায় পৌঁছানো এবং ট্যুরের সমাপ্তি)।

📜 Terms & Conditions | শর্তাবলী

• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on local weather conditions, road closures, or unavoidable circumstances. The Tour Manager’s decision will be final for the safety of the group.

• Footwear: Trekking down to Bamni Falls requires descending multiple stairs. Please carry comfortable walking/sports shoes.

• Punctuality: As this is a group departure, all travelers are requested to strictly maintain the timings provided by the Tour Manager.

💳 Booking & Cancellation Policy | বুকিং এবং বাতিলকরণ নীতি

Booking Policy:

• To confirm your seat, a minimum advance deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required.

• The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 30 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost will be deducted.

• Cancellation made 15-29 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be deducted.

• Cancellation made 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be deducted.

• Cancellation made within 7 days of departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
