দিন ১ (মঙ্গলবার): যাত্রার শুরু 🚂 শিয়ালদহ স্টেশন থেকে রাতের ট্রেনে যাত্রা শুরু। কনফার্মড 3AC কামরায় আরামে ঘুমিয়ে পরদিন সকালে পৌঁছে যান নিউ জলপাইগুড়ি (NJP)।

দিন ২ (বুধবার): কমলালেবুর গ্রামে স্বাগতম 🍊

• যাত্রা: সকালে NJP বা বাগডোগরা পৌঁছে পাহাড়ি পথে যাত্রা শুরু। সেবক রোড হয়ে তিস্তা নদীর ধার দিয়ে এক মনোরম ড্রাইভ।

• সিটং সাইটসিয়িং: দুপুর নাগাদ সিটং-এ হোমস্টেতে চেক-ইন। এরপর রিয়াং নদীর ওপর সুন্দর লোহার ঝুলন্ত ব্রিজ যোগিঘাট দর্শন। ঘুরে দেখুন বাঁশ এবং কাঠ দিয়ে তৈরি শান্ত উপাসনালয় সিটং মনাস্ট্রি এবং বিখ্যাত অরেঞ্জ অর্চার্ড (কমলালেবুর বাগান)।

• রাত্রিযাপন: সিটং-এর মনোরম হোমস্টেতে।

দিন ৩ (বৃহস্পতিবার): পাহাড়ি নির্জনতায় কাফেরগাঁও 🌲

• পথে দেখা: প্রাতঃরাশের পর কাফেরগাঁও-এর উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা। পথে দেখে নিন মংপু-তে কবিগুরু রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের স্মৃতিবিজড়িত বাংলো ও জাদুঘর। এরপর যাবেন নামথিং পোখরি, যে প্রাকৃতিক লেকে বিরল প্রজাতির হিমালয়ান স্যালাম্যান্ডার দেখা যায়।

• চেক-ইন: দুপুরে পৌঁছে যান কাফেরগাঁও-এর সুন্দর কেকা হিল ভিউ (Keka Hill View) ইন-এ।

• সকাল: খুব ভোরে ঘুম থেকে উঠে কেকা হিল ভিউ-এর বারান্দা থেকেই প্রাণভরে উপভোগ করুন সূর্যোদয়ের অপরূপ দৃশ্য।

• Arrival & Transfer: Arrive at NJP Station/Bagdogra Airport in the morning. Enjoy a scenic drive via Sevoke Road, tracing the emerald waters of the Teesta River.

• Sittong Sights: Check into your cozy Sittong homestay by noon. Post-lunch, visit the beautiful Yogighat Bridge suspended over the Riyang River. Find peace at the bamboo-crafted Sittong Monastery, and stroll through the famous Orange Orchards (a visual treat as winter approaches!).

• Overnight: Sittong Homestay.

Day 3 (Thursday): Into the Peaceful Pines of Kaffergaon 🌲

• Heritage & Nature: After a hearty breakfast, begin your journey to the secluded hamlet of Kaffergaon. En route, step back in time at Mungpoo, visiting the heritage bungalow where Rabindranath Tagore once stayed. Next, visit the serene Namthing Pokhri, a natural lake known for the rare Himalayan Salamander.

• Homeward Bound: Reach NJP by late afternoon/evening. Board your return train to Kolkata with a heart full of memories.

📝 Terms & Conditions

• Booking & Payment Policy:

  • Advance: A 30% upfront payment of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking and secure your 3AC train berth.

  • Pre-Journey: An additional payment of 20% (bringing your total paid amount to 50%) must be completed at least 10 days before the journey date.

  • On Arrival: The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival at your first homestay/hotel in Sittong.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ Days before departure: 10% deduction of the total tour cost.

  • 11 to 29 Days before departure: 30% deduction of the total tour cost (your initial upfront payment is non-refundable).

  • 10 Days or less before departure: 50% deduction of the total tour cost.

  • No-Show / On-Arrival Cancellation: No refund will be provided.

• 🍽️ Meal Timings & Sightseeing Delays (Important): Please note that all lunches are prepared and served exclusively at your scheduled homestays; no en-route lunch will be provided. If guests spend excessive time at sightseeing spots and delay the journey (e.g., arriving at the next destination at 6:00 PM), the designated lunch hours will be missed. Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays will not be responsible for missed lunches due to guest-caused delays. We request you to follow the day’s schedule to enjoy your hot meals on time!

• ID Proof: All guests must carry a valid original Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID/Passport) for homestay check-ins and train travel.

• Itinerary Changes: Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like bad weather, roadblocks, or local strikes, prioritizing guest safety.

• Mountain Rules: Please respect local culture, maintain silence near monasteries, and avoid littering in the pristine mountain environments.

📝 শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

• বুকিং এবং পেমেন্ট পলিসি (Booking Policy):

  • অগ্রিম: 3AC ট্রেনের টিকিট এবং বুকিং কনফার্ম করার জন্য মোট ট্যুর খরচের ৩০% (30%) অগ্রিম প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

  • ভ্রমণের আগে: যাত্রা শুরুর অন্তত ১০ দিন আগে আরও ২০% প্রদান করতে হবে (যাতে মোট পেমেন্ট ৫০% হয়)।

  • গন্তব্যে পৌঁছে: বাকি ৫০% (50%) পেমেন্ট পাহাড়ে আপনাদের প্রথম হোমস্টেতে (সিটং) পৌঁছানোর পর করতে হবে।

• বাতিলকরণ পলিসি (Cancellation Policy):

  • যাত্রা শুরুর ৩০ দিন বা তার আগে: মোট খরচের ১০% কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

  • যাত্রা শুরুর ১১ থেকে ২৯ দিন আগে: মোট খরচের ৩০% কেটে নেওয়া হবে (প্রাথমিক অগ্রিম অংশটি অফেরতযোগ্য)।

  • যাত্রা শুরুর ১০ দিন বা তার কম সময় আগে: মোট খরচের ৫০% কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

  • ভ্রমণের দিন বাতিল বা না গেলে (No-Show): কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।

• 🍽️ দুপুরের খাবার ও সাইটসিয়িংয়ের সময় (গুরুত্বপূর্ণ): দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, দুপুরের সমস্ত খাবার নির্দিষ্ট হোমস্টেতেই পরিবেশন করা হবে; যাত্রাপথে বা সাইটসিয়িংয়ের মাঝে কোনো লাঞ্চের ব্যবস্থা নেই। পর্যটকরা যদি সাইটসিয়িং পয়েন্টে অতিরিক্ত সময় কাটান বা যাত্রায় দেরি করেন এবং সন্ধে ৬টায় বা দেরিতে পরবর্তী গন্তব্যে পৌঁছান, তবে দুপুরের খাবার পরিবেশনের নির্দিষ্ট সময় পেরিয়ে যাবে। পর্যটকদের দেরির কারণে লাঞ্চ মিস হলে কাঞ্চন কন্যা সিগনেচার হলিডেজ দায়ী থাকবে না। গরম এবং টাটকা খাবার সঠিক সময়ে উপভোগ করার জন্য দয়া করে নির্দিষ্ট সময়সূচি মেনে চলুন!

• পরিচয়পত্র: সমস্ত পর্যটককে ভ্রমণের সময় এবং হোমস্টেতে চেক-ইন করার জন্য আসল সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্র (আধার কার্ড/ভোটার আইডি/পাসপোর্ট) সাথে রাখতে হবে।
