Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kolkata to Tarapith via Bakreshwar

• Morning: Assemble at your designated pickup points (Joka to Airport). Our scenic road journey begins with a hot, freshly prepared Breakfast served en route.

• Mid-Day: Stop to visit the famous Bakreshwar Temple and experience the natural hot springs, followed by a delicious Lunch.

• Evening: Arrive in Tarapith, check into the hotel, and freshen up. Proceed to the holy Tarapith Temple for evening darshan and aarti. Return to enjoy Evening Snacks with tea or coffee.

• Overnight: Enjoy a hot, fresh Dinner from our kitchen van and stay overnight at the Tarapith hotel.

Day 2: Tarapith to Shantiniketan

• Morning: After a hearty Breakfast, check out of the hotel and begin the direct journey toward the cultural heartland of Shantiniketan.

• Afternoon: Reach Shantiniketan, check into the hotel, and enjoy a freshly prepared Lunch.

• Evening: Spend the evening relaxing at the hotel or taking a leisurely walk around the local surroundings, accompanied by Evening Snacks and tea/coffee.

• Overnight: Dinner and overnight stay in Shantiniketan.

Day 3: Shantiniketan Sightseeing & Return Journey

• Morning: Start the day with a fulfilling Breakfast. Visit the iconic Visva Bharati University campus and soak in the tranquil, historic surroundings.

• Mid-Day: Pay homage at the Kankalitala Temple (one of the 51 Shakti Peethas) and explore local handicrafts, leather goods, and traditional art at Amar Kutir.

• Afternoon: Enjoy your final tour Lunch before beginning the return journey to Kolkata.

• Evening/Night: Drop-off at the respective starting points with wonderful memories of the trip.

Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions (What is included):

• Transportation: AC Bus transportation from designated pickup points in Kolkata for the entire round trip and all local sightseeing.

• Accommodation: 2 Nights stay in comfortable, well-appointed hotel rooms (1 night in Tarapith, 1 night in Shantiniketan).

• Meals: 4 freshly prepared, hot Bengali meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner). To ensure timely and hygienic food preparation, the kitchen setup will move with the bus itself.

• Sightseeing: All major sightseeing spots mentioned in the itinerary, including Tarapith Temple, Bakreshwar Hot Springs, Visva-Bharati Campus, Sonajhuri Haat, Kankalitala, and Amar Kutir.

• Assistance: A dedicated Tour Manager from Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP to guide and assist the group of 50 passengers throughout the journey.

Exclusions (What is NOT included):

• Entry Fees: Tickets for the Rabindra Bhavana Museum, camera fees, or any special entry tickets at sightseeing locations.

• Temple Rituals: Pooja materials, Dali, or special VIP Darshan tickets at Tarapith, Kankalitala, or Bakreshwar.

• Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases, shopping, laundry, phone calls, or tips.

• Extra Food/Beverages: Packaged drinking water (beyond what is served during meals), cold drinks, or any food ordered outside the scheduled menu.

• Medical & Unforeseen Costs: Travel insurance, emergency medical expenses, or extra costs incurred due to natural calamities, road blockages, or political strikes.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Policy

• A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking for the June 23, 2026 departure.

• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the journey date.

• Seats are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum group capacity for this tour is strictly 50 passengers.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a 10% deduction of the advance amount.

• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure will incur a 30% deduction of the total package cost.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure, or “no-shows” on the day of the trip, are strictly non-refundable.

3. Tour Operations

• The kitchen setup travels with the bus, serving all meals at designated timings.

• Pick-up and drop-off will strictly occur at the pre-designated points in Kolkata. Passengers must arrive at their pick-up point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The bus will not wait for latecomers.

• Kanchan Kanya Signature Holidays LLP reserves the right to alter or bypass any part of the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances (bad weather, traffic, strikes, sudden closures). No refunds will be issued for missed sightseeing caused by factors beyond our control.

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. The agency is not liable for any loss or damage.

• Any misbehavior or disruption to fellow passengers may result in immediate termination of the individual’s tour without refund.

বিস্তারিত ভ্রমণসূচি (Itinerary)

১ম দিন: কলকাতা থেকে তারাপীঠ (বক্রেশ্বর হয়ে)

• সকাল: নির্ধারিত পিকআপ পয়েন্টগুলি (জোকা থেকে এয়ারপোর্ট) থেকে আমাদের যাত্রা শুরু হবে। যাত্রাপথে কিচেন ভ্যান থেকে গরম প্রাতঃরাশ পরিবেশন করা হবে।

• দুপুর: বিখ্যাত বক্রেশ্বর মন্দির এবং উষ্ণ প্রস্রবণ দর্শন। এরপর সুস্বাদু দুপুরের খাবার পরিবেশন।

• সন্ধ্যা: তারাপীঠে পৌঁছে হোটেলে চেক-ইন। একটু বিশ্রাম নিয়ে সন্ধ্যায় পবিত্র তারাপীঠ মন্দিরে মায়ের দর্শন ও আরতি। ফিরে এসে চা/কফির সাথে সন্ধ্যার জলখাবার।

• রাত্রিযাপন: আমাদের নিজস্ব কিচেন ভ্যানে তৈরি সুস্বাদু রাতের খাবার পরিবেশন এবং তারাপীঠে রাত্রিযাপন।

২য় দিন: তারাপীঠ থেকে শান্তিনিকেতন

• সকাল: প্রাতঃরাশ সেরে আমরা শান্তিনিকেতনের উদ্দেশ্যে সরাসরি রওনা হব।

• দুপুর: শান্তিনিকেতনে পৌঁছে হোটেলে চেক-ইন এবং কিচেন ভ্যানে তৈরি গরম দুপুরের খাবার উপভোগ।

• সন্ধ্যা: হোটেলে বিশ্রাম অথবা নিজেদের মতো করে আশপাশ ঘুরে দেখা। সাথে চা/কফি এবং সন্ধ্যার জলখাবার।

• রাত্রিযাপন: রাতের খাবার এবং শান্তিনিকেতনে রাত্রিযাপন।

৩য় দিন: শান্তিনিকেতন সাইটসিন এবং কলকাতা ফেরা

• সকাল: প্রাতঃরাশ সেরে বিশ্বভারতী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রাঙ্গণ এবং শান্তিনিকেতনের স্নিগ্ধ, ঐতিহ্যবাহী পরিবেশ ঘুরে দেখা।

• দুপুর: সতীপীঠ কঙ্কালীতলা মন্দির দর্শন এবং অমর কুঠিরে গিয়ে স্থানীয় হস্তশিল্পের কাজ ও কেনাকাটা।

• বিকাল: ট্যুরের শেষ দুপুরের খাবার সেরে আমরা কলকাতার উদ্দেশ্যে ফিরতি পথে রওনা দেব।

• রাত: সুন্দর কিছু স্মৃতি নিয়ে আপনাদের নিজ নিজ পিকআপ পয়েন্টে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে।
